Within an appraisal, on the top menu bar, click “Cashflow”.

Navigate to the section to which the cost belongs, identify the cost you would like to assign a timeline to and and click “set” under “timeframe”.

Enter the start and end dates over which that cost is spread, and whether you would like the cost to be distributed as an S curve, straight line or custom entry.
