To add a build phase, navigate to the Build section of the appraisal and click the blue “Add build phase” button. The build phase will appear. Edit the title of the build phase, and if the build phase relates to a unit group(s), select the unit group(s) to apply the square footage.

Within the build phase, there is an “Add cost” button which allows you to enter costs as a £ value, £psf or £ per unit.

If you have selected a unit group and linked it to a build phase, the build phase will automatically update the square footage applicable in the event you edit the linked unit group.
