Here's a step by step guide to changing your payment details. This guide is only for Pro and Starter Plan users, if you are an unlimited customer please contact our customer support for further assistance.
If you are an unlimited customer and wish to discuss your payment plan/method, please contact your account manager.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Help’ button in the top right corner of your screen (inside the app). A chat window will appear. Click ‘Start New Conversation’.
Step 2: Let the team know that you are looking to change your registered card details.
They will remove all current cards that are associated with your account and let you know when this is done. Your account will be temporarily downgraded to a 'Free' plan.
Step 3: Once you have the confirmation. Log back into you account and go the 'Your Account' section.
You can do this by clicking on the three horizontal arrows in the top right hand of the window and going to ‘Your Account’.
Step 4: In the 'Your Account' section you will be able to re-subscribe to your plan. Simply click on the plan you were subscribed to and you will be prompted to re-enter your card details.
Step 5: The card details you enter at this stage will become your default payment method for all future payments.
They will also become the default method for credit top up payments.
That's it! Your new payment information has been registered.
Note: If you wish to top up credits (for Land Registry docs) with another card you will have to re-enter the alternative card details every time you purchase credit.
