You can choose to see the council boundaries on the map in all LandInsight layers. These boundaries are overlaid on the map to help you distinguish the areas you’re most interested. 

  • The toggle can be found in the map tools menu.

  • Click on the menu icon next to the Google Maps/ Satellite/ OS Maps buttons.

The council boundaries are visible in each of the main data layers, but it is particularly relevant/useful for the Planning Applications layer.

  • You can set planning alerts for the councils you are interested. Set alerts for applications that are relevant to you. Filter by use class, no. of dwellings, approved, rejected and more. You will receive emails when a planning application triggers your alert!
