Users may experience difficulties with downloading Land Registry documents.
We suspect HM Land Registry are making updates to their internal systems, we are coordinating with them and update you with further information soon.

The issue with our planning data is now resolved.

We are currently experiencing issues with our planning data. This will impact API users and LandInsight users viewing planning applications both on the map and in the Planning Alerts dashboard. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
