If you are having other issues with the software and it’s functionality within Google Chrome there may be restrictions in your settings that may be causing this. Try the following-

Step 1: Open up a new browser, copy and paste "chrome://flags" into the web address bar.

Step 2: Type ‘Blacklist’ in the search bar . 


Step 3: Click on the toggle and enable the setting entitled "Override software rendering list".

  • Once you have done this you will be prompted to relaunch your browser, follow the prompt and do so before heading back into LandInsight. 

That's it! This should resolve the majority of google chrome issues regarding functionality but if there are any issues that remain reach out to our support team through the instant messaging service and they can look into this for you.
